Lapwing crew pack saithe into fish boxes on the fishmarket .All their boxes were filled they didnt have enough boxes for all the fish they caught the last haul.

Good fishing yesterday probably about 16 ton between
us .

6 TON HAUL OF COD

We are just fishing away here as l said we had good start on Monday.
We then tore our net .It took 10 hours to get it mended!!Since then
fishing has been mixed .Some hauls as little as a ton but we diid get 5 ton
last night of saithe and whiting.

GOOD START!!

we will be in tonite about 18.00 hrs .bonny day.
FPV Hirta just past Lapwing .

fresher day today .fishing has been okay mixed fish
coley ,cod and haddoock.hopefully a few more hauls
and we will be going ashore.

Fish have been scarce so far this week but we did
get a 8 ton haul mostly cod today

Just Peterhead a hour ago

The following photos were taken about 3 weeks ago by Skipper Michael Buchan of the Peterhead fishing vessel Sustain PD378 .He  pairs with the Rosemount .The 30 ton plus haul was the biggest haul Michael had seen in 35 years fishing.
